String Changing

hi guys,

When you change strings take the ball end of your string and put a slight bend in it. This will cause the string to tuck under the bridge plate which will do three things: First, it will delay pre- mature wear on the bridge plate. Secondly, by tucking the strings it will drive the top of the guitar more which will produce more sound. Thirdly, it will also keep the ball from eating up your bridge pins.

When wrapping the strings around your tuners, the first wrap should go over the string where it goes through the tuner and then a minimum of three wraps under. By doing this you put pressure on the nut which transfers sound down the neck.

Thanks for visiting!

Remember, make happy music
